Jaqueline L. "Jackie" Baldock, 67, of Sioux City, died Monday, June 19, 2017, at a Sioux City hospital.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Friday, July 7, at St. Michael Catholic Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home.

Jackie was born on Sept. 15, 1949, to Robert and Dorothy (Eyer) Towns, in Sioux City. She graduated from Heelan High School in 1968.

On Nov. 7, 1975, Jackie was united in marriage with Greg Baldock in Marquette, Mich. She worked as a waitress and at People’s Department Store, but was primarily a homemaker.

Jackie enjoyed sewing, crafts, and crocheting. She tailored many wedding dresses and clothing for her nieces.

Jackie is survived by her husband, Greg; brothers, Tracy Burns of Dakota City, and Michael Obyrnes of Dakota Dunes; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Arthur Burns; sister, Ann Routen; and brother, Arthur Jr.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael Catholic Church.
