Corinne "Corky" Tondreau, 62, of Sioux City, died June 15, 2013 in Sioux City.

Corinne wrote the following:

" I am writing this myself to say goodbye to my beloved daughter, Randi and her husband, Joe; my beloved daughter, Lorie and her husband Will; my beloved son, Adam and his friend, Monica; my grandchildren, Andrew, Mathew, Katie, Shayla and Kinsey; and my beloved great-grandson, Brady.  I also leave behind my beloved brothers, Rod and Doug; my beloved sisters, Diane, Kathy, Net and Janine.  As well, I must include my children's beloved father, Charles Cavalli; and my beloved friend, Ronnie.

In my lifetime, I have cared about many people.  I ask of all of you, forget me not.

I was born to Ray and Evelyn Tondreau, who have gone before me as with my little sister, Lynn Marie.  As a child, I grew up on a farm between Sioux City and Hinton with my siblings and our beautiful parents.  We were poor, but we were rich with character, values, closeness and a bond never to be broken. I attended Hinton Community grade school and Sioux City Heelan High School.

My passion was the beauty of nature.  My heart was to love and give to the poor. My soul goes out to the vast, endless ocean.  As I leave, I ask of you to live your life as if there is no more tomorrow because there will come a day, as it has for me, when there will be no tomorrow.

I request a private family burial and my ashes to be as dust to the wind.  Love you all."
